Practical Love

The property

An urban duplex becoming an ecosystem.

Two units, eight bedrooms, gardens, a food forest, a pond, solar — and rainwater on the way.

Food

A long-term goal

The long-term goal is to grow enough food to help reduce the food costs of the people living on the property. That's a goal, not a promise — we won't promise free food or guaranteed food subsidies.
